While at university I worked for the Students' Union as a Student Graphic Designer. Much of my work involved creating promotional materials for various events held on campus. For example, I created some posters to advertise some sports screenings in venues on campus. Coming up with my own designs and seeing the final result out and about was really rewarding. I really enjoyed the freedom that I got in creating these, as I could explore different colours and textures. At the same time, I had to make sure I stuck to certain branding guidelines, such as the positioning of the Students' Union logo and venue logos. Although not seen in these examples, this job also allowed me to improve my skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.

Some examples of posters I have created for various sports events.
